Components

VAN BRACKET

The moulded foot piece of the van bracket, can swivel to accommodate the shape of the vehicle (i.e. the same bracket will fit a variety of vehicles).

The van bracket has a very high degree of flexibility, allowing it to be fitted to most makes of vehicle. The hinge point of the swivel at the base of the bracket is set off-centre, transferring more pressure to the outside of the bracket where the vehicle roof is stronger to prevent denting.

CANOPY BRACKET

The foot piece of the canopy bracket is height adjustable to accommodate different canopy shapes.

The canopy bracket has a 30mm up and down adjustment.

SIDEBARS

Sidebars feature channels for fixing, allowing load bars and accessories to be fitted at any given point along the sidebar.

  • The top of the sidebar is 45mm higher than the top of the load bar, to prevent side shift of load when cornering;
  • makes securing a load easy.
LOAD BARS

Load bars have rubber inlays to improve grip when fixing a load to the rack.

Load Capacity

  • Maximum 80kg per load bar, distributed evenly across the width of the bar
  • Maximum 40kg on the centre of the load bar
  • Loading capacity will also depend on the vehicle or canopy manufacturer’s specifications
